Sales and Marketing

Our sales and marketing services start with creation of a three to five year comprehensive, detailed plan for positioning the property in the marketplace. The plan identifies the most promising market segments (leisure, business, group, etc.) - both short-term and long-term - and sets forth a prioritized strategic action plan and timetable designed to achieve the revenue objectives of the hotel.
We do not believe that “if you build it they will come.” We believe they will come only if you market aggressively and effectively.
The plan will layout an annual marketing budget that details an appropriate marketing mix of internet marketing, advertising, public relations, mail, telemarketing, target segment sales activities, market research, promotional literature, travel industry marketing, outside representation, multimedia presentations, in-house and other catering sales, etc.

We will coordinate preparation of the plan and monitor its execution, providing assistance as necessary, including selection and relations with third party agencies for web page development and internet marketing, advertising, public relations, and representation.

We will also participate in sales force recruitment, training, motivation, monitoring and mentoring.
