WASSEEM KABBARA – Chairman
Mr. Kabbara is as equally proud of his acquired American executive expertise, as he is of his Middle Eastern heritage. A graduate of the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, throughout the past 23 years, he has held several executive and management positions with American and international firms. Presently, he is Managing Partner of MOR CONSULT, a Moroccan based investment banking and strategic consulting firm and member of the board of BEI, LLC, a Boston based global business expansion advisory firm with branch offices in the Middle East.
During the 1980s, he had several influential positions with private and public companies through developing and placing investments of high net worth individuals and institutions from the Middle East. He was a director of the Mosely Holding Corporation, then a US public investment banking entity.
From 1992 through 1996, Mr. Kabbara was Chief Executive Officer, investor, and director of Next USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Next plc, a London Stock Exchange listed company. Thereafter, Mr. Kabbara was the chairman, member of the board of directors, and main investor of many companies in the manufacturing, services, retail, and investment industries.
In 1998, Mr. Kabbara accomplished his two year tenure as a member of the Dean's Council at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Most recently, Mr. Kabbara was the Managing Director of BIAP Management Inc., a Boston based strategic and investment consulting firm in addition to being an advisor to the Polish Government's National Oil Company. In this capacity, Mr. Kabbara had successfully finished a one year assignment for a major Gulf investor to acquire businesses, develop projects, and strategically position companies in the Moroccan market.
Mr. Kabbara is a true entrepreneur with a global vision; he is multilingual, possesses strong analytical mind armed with creative business skills and continues to advise companies on market positioning, project development, merger and acquisitions as well as strategic growth.

ACHAL GOSWAMI – Golf Club Communities
Over 30 years in hotel, club and hospitality management in Europe, Asia and the United States combined with an unwavering philosophy of service, have earned Achal Goswami a well-deserved reputation as a visionary, strategic and inspirational leader.
A graduate of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management in New Delhi, India, Mr. Goswami began his hospitality management career in Germany in 1975, where he also mastered the German language.
His European hotel management experience includes:
– The Steigenberger Hotel Group in Dusseldorf which manages hotels in Germany, Austria, Italy, Egypt, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
– Kempinski Hotels in Munich, the oldest luxury hotel collection in Europe with a portfolio of hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America and Asia.
– A five-year stint as owner and operator of Hotel Burg Ockenfels in Linz am Rhein, Germany.
After completing hotel management training programs in Germany, Belgium, Italy and France, Mr. Goswami further updated his business management studies at New York's Cornell University.In 1987 he joined leading hospitality company Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts in Boston to assist with hotel openings in the U.S. before leaving to take an executive management position with The Ritz-Carlton hotels, Boston in 1990.For the next five years Mr. Goswami held executive management positions at Ritz-Carlton in Boston, again assisting with hotel openings in Pasadena and Los Angeles, California; Aspen, Colorado; Jacksonville and Amelia Island, Florida; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; until being recruited by Frenchman's Creek in 1995.
At Frenchman's Creek he is credited with a flawless record of member satisfaction that is reflected in both revenue and profit growth, and is responsible for all strategic, long-range and financial planning of both the Club and Community.A frequent speaker at leadership seminars on hospitality management, Mr. Goswami is a respected member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, an international society originally established in France in 1248, dedicated to the promotion of the culinary, enology and hospitality arts through example, education and camaraderie.
